Great service from the person I spoke with on the phone to schedule an appointment. Phillip, the technician sent to repair my washing machine, gave me a call to let me know he was on his way to our home. As soon as he arrived he went right to work, taking the time to talk me through what he was doing, what was wrong and our options to fix it. What we first thought would be an easy fix turned out to be a little more complicated but he worked diligently to make sure the washer was back up and running. I highly recommend AAR!
