I met lynn (I think that was her name) she was very kind and helped me feel comfortable at my visit. She was very imformative and explained everything to me very well. I learned a lot during my visit and appreciate the time that was taken with me during my visit, I didn't feel rushed. They also helped me work out a payment plan so that I could afford the work that needs to be done. I will definitely return here.

My visit was awesome the quality of care was phenomenal. The customer service was great and they appeared to care about me. They took their time with me at my appointment and were very informative with me. I will definitely return and will recommend this dentist to my friends and family.

I really appreciated that Paige had called the Bonadent Lab prior to my appointment. She was able to tell me what to expect next and when. She kindly used the time I waited in the chair to schedule my subsequent appointments. Often times a patient can sense when an attitude of care and understanding is forced. Paige exudes a genuine attitude of care and empathy and this makes all the difference in overall experience (especially when an unanticipated 'bump in the road' delays the expected). Thanks, Paige! I honestly feel that the entire team who work with Dr. Bowman are more friends or family. Dr. Bowman has built a team of professionals that make a patient feel special, valued with your best interests at heart. Never thought I would say a visit to the dentist could be "fun" but catching up with what everyone's been doing since my last visit and seeing through photos Dr. Bowman's children grow up make each appointment an event. I wish more medical/dental practices took a page from Dr. Bowman s handbook.

I called ahead to have recent xrays sent, I was told no that my groupon included them. Later,I was told that they would be helpful.now I will make another trip. when I was x-rayed I was not shielded,I asked and she felt stupid but I am outraged and upset as a cancer survivor, everything is more sensitive when something stupid happens. I was impressed by Donna's knowledge and I know accidents happen but this triggered a painful past.
