Very professional and detailed!
I found the oral hygienist to be rather aggresive in performing her periodontal gum check causing bleeding in areas not usually affected in other visits nor my flossing at home. I am not the most confident patient in dental offices and would appreciate a more gentle approach in the future.
The staff is very friendly. They do make you feel very welcome. My only problem is with one of my crowns. I asked for it to ve made 1 shade lighter than my natural teeth so that when I get my teeth whitened it would be a close match, but the crown is actually a shade or two darker than my natural teeth, making it look like a dead tooth in pictures. The worker that cleaned my teeth was fun and she made my visit extra comfy. Hope she can clean my teeth every time.
Dr. Bowman and staff made me feel welcome and comfortable during my visit. Everyone took great care of me in a professional and compassionate manner.
Lynn was great and did a very thorough job of cleaning. I find the cost pretty high compared to what I've paid before.
This was my second experience with Lynn and she was very helpful and forthcoming with ideas on how to maintain my teeth. Dr. Bowman as always quite the professional. Visits to the dentist are almost pleasant.
Kim was very friendly. I had a little gum disease that I will be coming back to get taken care of after the holidays are over. Dr. Bowman was also very friendly and informative.
