My first 2 visits we're so impressive that I came to expect that same quality, but have not experienced it. There is no check-in, sign-in, greeting, or even 'so-and-so will be right with you'. Kim only seems friendly when its time for money to change hands. The first hygienist I had (last year) was so amazing that nobody has been able to even come close to her. Only your hygenist could make a "deep cleaning" enjoyable! She's terrific.
The cancer screening test was an eye opener for me. I'm a strong believer in preventive medicine. Many people need to be scared into preventive testing. Having stated that I think an Internet campaign and a small separate screen in the waiting room dedicated to this test would be very beneficial to your patients. Inexpensive and could be life changing.
