My dental hygienist was extremely knowledgeable, competent, and professional. Impressed with up to date technology in the office and Dr. Bowman's professional manner and in depth knowledge and explanations. Office very clean and comfortable.

I was really disappointed to know that there were charges from previous visits that had never been mentioned to me and I had quite a large balance! The woman who explained these to me was very dismissive of the situation - I would have felt a lot better if I'd just gotten a quick apology at least. It took almost 6 weeks to get the appointment. Several phone calls were not returned and my request to email apt. times was ignored until I asked again many days later. I have requested to speak with you personally and hope that happens very soon

Over an hour and 15 minutes for teeth cleaning. I finally walked out. I will not be back. I also don't appreciate every minute spent in your office being subjected to one sales pitch after another.

I found a Groupon the other day for this dentist, hoping to save some money, and left crying. They told me I had periodontal disease, 6+ cavities, and needed my wisdom teeth pulled. Which would've costed thousands of dollars ($1300 for just the perio-cleaning!). Granted I haven't been to the dentist in a couple of years, but have always had normal healthy checkups. Was there for 2 hours and did not get my teeth cleaned, did not receive the photos of my teeth and did not receive the teeth whitening. A total waste of my time.
