As always, you provide a safe, secure, warm atmosphere, explaining everything as you go along with each procedure. I appreciate this, as I'm sure others do as well. Everyone in the office couldn't be nicer. Thank you, as always.
As usual, I had a nice experience at Dr. Bowman's office. The appointment was last minute and Kim was very helpful. Dr Bowman was great as usual and very accessible during his time away from the office.

I think Dr. Bowman is great.
I waited for over a month for my whitening trays. I understand they were on back order, but common courtesy would have been someone from the office to call me to inform me that they were going to be in several weeks later than the previous date told me. Also, after that month, I just called in to see what was going on, and the receptionist told me that they had arrived. Why did I find out they arrived upon my phone call, shouldn't I have been informed as soon as they arrived? Somewhat disappointing, but very nice staff.
Your staff is very friendly and I love the email/text reminders....I look forward to becoming a REAL patient (not just a GROUPON user!) soon. See you on my next cleaning. BIG BRIGHT SMILES!
I am a single parent with limited finances, but I like your service so I will continue to come. I can discuss my finances with Mary and feel comfortable than with some of the others.
