This company is a total fraud. They were asked to fix ice maker and tech order filter under a different part name so warranty would cover it and that wasn't the problem. Advantage then refused to fix my ice maker because the tech lied about which part was replaced. Even after offering Landen proof of the fraud, he still refused to fix my ice maker saying it wasn't covered. Before that my AC wasn't working. Well hope your heat doesn’t go out on a Friday night because you won’t speak to anyone that can do anything. They have NO emergency services and I’m guessing nothing will happen on Monday either from what the reviews are looking like. They don’t do reimbursement but can’t give me a solution either so I guess we will be without heat or I pay out of pocket like I’m guess they hope I do.

This company is shady, do NOT use them!!! Our 70+ year old A/C went out and the HVAC technician who came out on behalf of AHW told us there should be no issues with AHW replacing everything because the unit completely shot… well this CRAP company said they will NOT hold their end of the deal because the sticker with the model number isn’t on the unit. Do you like being without a refrigerator? Well Advantage Home Warranty will make sure that you don’t have a working one! They’ll tell you that everything is “not their problem” and only offer to give you a check that is 1/4 of what a comparable refrigerator would cost.
