This company is shady, do NOT use them!!! Our 70+ year old A/C went out and the HVAC technician who came out on behalf of AHW told us there should be no issues with AHW replacing everything because the unit completely shot… well this CRAP company said they will NOT hold their end of the deal because the sticker with the model number isn’t on the unit. Do you like being without a refrigerator? Well Advantage Home Warranty will make sure that you don’t have a working one! They’ll tell you that everything is “not their problem” and only offer to give you a check that is 1/4 of what a comparable refrigerator would cost. Oh, and don’t forget the $50 fee just to file a claim. Sound like a good time? Well give them a call!
