Every homeowner can agree, when something breaks you freak out. That was me, last night. My dishwasher started leaking...seriously, there was water pouring onto my kitchen floor. I called in my claim at 7:30pm and TJ answered after only one ring! He got a technician out to my home first thing this morning and my dishwasher was fixed. I just had an outstanding experience with advantage Home Warranty. I had a problem toilet that was leaking and they bent over backwards to make sure someone got out to my house. In the end they approved replacing the entire toilet. TJ is a pleasure to work with and is very responsive. I recommend these guys to anyone looking to get a quality home warranty. Brad
