RecommendedAll of the people are very friendly and easy to deal with and they stand behind their service. A water heater was installed improperly in my house and when I got it repaired they reimbursed me for the charge. That is excellent customer service!

When I got the right number, someone answered right away... and pleasantly at that. I got scheduled. The maintenance company came out when they said they would and my problem was fixed. Surprisingly simple where warranty stuff is concerned.
