First time home buyer; I heard bad things about these home warranties as far as stepping out of claims, delayed response times etc. We moved into our new home and within 2 weeks of the move the washing machine which came with the purchase stopped worked. I called Advantage and they had someone out to look at it the next day. After it was deemed not worth fixing, we picked out a new washer and Advantage overnighted a check the very next day.
