We bought a home in late January. The air conditioner went out the very first time we turned it on. Advantage Home Warranty sent someone out the next day. The unit was still not working after being repaired three times. Each time it was quick and easy dealing with Advantage Home Warranty staff and their licensed contractors. Upon moving into a new home we had an issue with our garbage disposal. Advantage HW went above and beyond to work with us and make sure that it got replaced. I recently bought a home (17 April 2020) and have had 2 things that needed some work already. (never thought i would need one ,Furnance and garage door ) I am so thankful my realtor suggested this company . I called them up and talked w/ TJ and that's is all I had to do. He made everything so easy. He had someone out the next day and worked around my schedule. I highly recommend this team, I will continue to go with them. A+ customer service and the contractors they use have been very nice, respectful and on time.
