The technician came out and evaluated my dishwasher. He told me that it was a leak and fire hazard and that he would recommend a full parts replacement. I then received the email that my claim was denied and Landon said the tech told him that it worked. I happened to find video evidence of the technician's evaluation and sent it in and still have heard nothing different.
