We found the facility for our first appointment was not very well-kept, thinking we caught them on a day where maybe the waiting room or patient areas weren’t cleaned, with dirty and broken wall-mounted children’s toys that could be considered a hazard. The practice is not very personable; having an outsourced call center. We booked our 2nd appointment a year out, hopeful that the experience was nicer on the 2nd go-around. Being new to the area, I hate finding new care for my children. This dentist is great. They were fast, courteous, and thoroughly explained everything they were doing.
They are kid friendly made my granddaughter feel special. They were on time we got in and out.
Kids won’t brush their teeth because of the rap commercial that keeps coming on tv. It has brought disgrace to our family
