We found the facility for our first appointment was not very well-kept, thinking we caught them on a day where maybe the waiting room or patient areas weren’t cleaned, with dirty and broken wall-mounted children’s toys that could be considered a hazard. The practice is not very personable; having an outsourced call center. We booked our 2nd appointment a year out, hopeful that the experience was nicer on the 2nd go-around.
