Wait time is to long waited over 45 minutes just in the waiting room both times I went. My daughter had a procedure that was suppose to be done and when I get there I'm waiting to be called back & when I did get called back they recommended me to a different dentist . I missed work so that they could recommend me somewhere else when they could have told me that over the phone. On the plus side though staff is friendly with the kids.

We waited over an hour and still had not been seen by a hygienist or dentist. (30 minutes in the urine smelling waiting room & 30 minutes in the exam cubby) While we sat & waited we had the pleasure of listening to children screaming. I immediately made an appointment for a different family dentist, grabbed our stuff and headed for the door. The staff was not concerned or apologetic for their lack of schedule keeping. Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist if you value your time.
