The unit was great. The building staff was excellent. We had no real issues. Everything went very well

The condo was very spacious and we'll kept. Great amenities for a group of friends or family. Close to the beach

Was perfect for our family in size. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, the place was clean and tidy. We asked ig it was handicap accessibility, which yes you can get an electric wheelchair in, but the door from the rooms to the bathroom where too small, but we could access from the hall. Great location. We walked to most places. We were stuck in the condo one day due to the elevator breaking down and having a wheelchair. The elevator smelled like urine. The property was great just not cleaned very well. It had more than enough room for our group. The double refrigerators were nice but only 1 of them kept stuff cold/froze. The pool/lazy river was cool! It was great proximity to the beach. Just a short walk.

Easy check in , good communication about any issues a, quick maintenance fixes. 'Need frying pans that are not scratched up- probably difficult to keep nice with renters.

Had one issue and it was not with affordable large properties, it was with the owner of the unit. The unit was Crescent Shores, N 703. The owner did not pay their cable, internet bill so we occupied the unit all week without any internet access. The cable, TV, was shut off during our stay. Pretty bad when you find out the owner was out of the country but could not pay the cable bill. Better check first to see how reliable the owner is before renting a unit for a week at the beach. large condo with elevator - great place for family reunion. Negative side was that there were lots of flies in the condo when we arrived..........
