Great experience. Very easy, and prompt to respond. Will book with them again.
One of my beds had a urine smell when you laid on it but everything else was ok. Oh yeah I couldn't find the dolly so we had to tote everything up. I really enjoyed my stay. The property manager was very friendly. He came and checked on us to make sure we were ok.

Hi these were a few things that were a concern: Chairs on balcony were rusty Cubed ice in the fridge wasn't working Pitcher was cracked Left side of toasted wasn't working Dishwasher was hard close Dryer wasn't working properly Besides that we loved the house Thank you so much for everything!
Make elevators faster.
I enjoyed my stay, but to make the next persons stay better, you should provide soap in all of the bathrooms. And the bed arrangement could be better instead of putting two twin beds together use a king size bed. There was a lot of bugs on the property also.
