Stay was great until one of our final days of the trip tainted our overall experience and perspective of this property. You cannot get out to the beach or in from the beach because the gate and door is locked. If you are coming to stay at the beach then you should have access to the beach. No exceptions. A kind man let us through to see the sunrise one morning and just let us know the set rules for any other day we might want to come down. I rented the Bermuda Breeze Unit C in May 2024. I contacted my agent on arrival that the refrigerator #1 was not cold and the inside drain was stopped up. The next day someone came out to make the repairs. Refrigerator #1 was not getting cold again , upon repair again it was determined that Refrigerator #1 was bad and the meat in the refrigerator was spoiled . Had a quick mini family vacation at the cherry grove villas. The property was spacious. But when I went to management about a bed bugs in my room and me waking up to a bug on me I was called delusional and was told I was lying. Because pest control didn’t see any thing when they came out. I was bitten over four times and they didn’t even apologize or try to make anything right. I will never go back to their property. Manager Jeff was very rude and uncooperative with my concerns.

It has been two months since my last review. I have been ghosted by this company. I have not received my $350 back or an explanation as to why. my reservation agreement stated I would lose $150 for canceling. I met all of the requirements needed, but they kept $350 more than what was stated. I have not received an explanation as to why or how It was determined to keep that amount. Hopefully, my next update will have a resolution to this problem. Customer Service, and integrity is important for any business.

Thank you for finally responding to my concern. I just looked at the agreement again and see no fees other than the $150 cancellation fee. So my questions are what percentage are you charging people for booking fees, security deposit, waiver fees and are these taxed? Are people charge a flat fee or a percentage? For example, You could charge someone a $99 security deposit waiver or a $500 security deposit waiver. Are the taxes 13%, 4%, 10% or more if charged?Again no where do I or did I see fees listed.
