Please set the for code to change at the appropriate time. We would have been locked out all night long if there wouldn't have been someone that stayed behind. Door lock code was inactive 10 hours early and we didn't get a response until the next morning. That's very unsafe!
The service you guy provide was great. The condo was nice but was showing signs of neglect. All the bathroom sinks are clogged. Hot tub handles where broken couldn't even use. Closet door to laundry was broken. And the cleaning was decent. But the dust on the furniture and the ceiling fans was gross. we didn't even want to turn the fan on. but we where all in great company and had a great time. We might consider you guys again next year but maybe a better condo.
We wished that our jacuzzi worked as well as our sliding door. If the jacuzzi didn't work, it should have never been advertised. We informed mainteance on a sunday and we did not hear anything from them about the jacuzzi. That was a selling point for us and my family on using the jacuzzi and we werent able to. Compensation for that should be applied. It was not just one jacuzzi it was two.
The house had a nat problem. More pots and pans are needed. The outdoor grills need to be replaced. The bedding needs to be upgraded. The extra 250 for the elevator is financialy right for the company, but it is morally wrong.

My family rented Tuscan Ocean Villas A and B July 2017. They are spacious and close to the beach, however they were very dirty and had numerous problems. The maintenance team was responsive, but there were numerous problems. There was a ceiling leak through the recess lights in one of the Unit B bedrooms. We had quite a few issues come up with broken things in our unit. You were quick to take care of them. Our dryer never did work well though, we had to dry things 2×s which is expensive on electricity and alot of the small appliances didn't work. I would have the owners check things better. Also the sink upstairs was always clogged. They did replace a toilet that was broken while we were there, replaced a cofree maker, a toaster . Rooms were not set up the way we were told they would be. Also could use a new cleaning company as we had to mop the floor our first day there because it was so dirty. Overall not horrible but we've had better stays elsewhere.
