Make sure all T.V.s are working properly and lighting has working bulbs.
Accommodations worked out very well for us ... to have everyone under one roof and to be within walking distance to restaurants. There were a few minor issues such as heat on the 1st and 3rd floor and beds that we're not set up as Kings as we requested. However, all in all, we had a great time.

Property was beautiful!!! Only problem was the alarm kept disarming and the noise was a bit annoying... other than, my family and friends had a great time. Will book again in the future!!!

Allow elevator access as part of the house deal for the Tuscan Vistas, it shouldn't be an extra charge especially since folks will more than likely have luggage or grocery goods to bring in the house.

Only 2 things i think it would be nice if they had a doorbell because the door is so far away from the living area and the other thing is maybe some rubber strips on the stairs because the wood stairs are somewhat slippery but other than that everything was fine I recommend staying here. The view was nice so was the balcony. Everything was clean and neat.
