Frank was great. Responsive, organized, reliable, professional. Easy to arrange, arrived on time, called 20 minutes before arrival, Quick, in and out, but super cautious in caring for the piano. We've used these guys probably 3x before finally writing a review. They are efficient, professional, and thorough with their moves for our baby grand. We've done city to city, and room to room. It's Pennywise, pound foolish to try and consolidate your valuables under one mover. We did that once and almost lost our piano. Took $325 to get it retuned.
