Excellent service start to finish. Offered to wear masks in the house. Made it look effortless. They take all forms of payment but check needs to be certified. Credit card over the phone (no Amex). Owner is wonderful and responsive.
We've used Affordable Piano Movers twice and both times it was an absolutely great experience! Frank is a delight and very accommodating. We re-carpeted the whole house last week so the piano just had to be moved from the den into the tiled kitchen area for 2 days, then back again. The schedule was somewhat fluid, depending on the weather and the carpet installers timing. But Frank made it all work smoothly and efficiently! I love Francisco! They've taken my piano for years, moving, storing, etc. Great rates and he's very responsive.
As a music school, we've been donated a nice baby grand by a friend. These guys were great. Best price among all the movers, and they specialize in moving pianos. Other movers jack up the price, quote you 3 hours min etc etc.... Prompt communication with Frank, scheduled, picked up, delivered. Absolute pros! Will definitely hire them again for any moving needs.
