Frank was excellent to work with. He promptly answered when I called to get a quote and he had a very positive outgoing attitude throughout the entire process. Also reasonable pricing and no hidden costs or charges. He was very accommodating with helping me move my grand piano the week that I called him. He and his partner arrived on time the day of moving and took all the necessary precautions with getting my piano from one location to another. These guys are amazing. nine years ago I bought my piano and had them move it into the house. They did a fantastic job. And now, nine years later, I'm taking the piano with me to Mississippi. I called Frank and he and his partner packed that baby grand so carefully and so well and secured it in the shipping container They are so kind and considerate, too! super friendly and hard working. Excellent service start to finish. Offered to wear masks in the house. Made it look effortless. They take all forms of payment but check needs to be certified. Credit card over the phone (no Amex). Owner is wonderful and responsive.
We've used Affordable Piano Movers twice and both times it was an absolutely great experience! Frank is a delight and very accommodating. We re-carpeted the whole house last week so the piano just had to be moved from the den into the tiled kitchen area for 2 days, then back again. The schedule was somewhat fluid, depending on the weather and the carpet installers timing. But Frank made it all work smoothly and efficiently!
