good communication they called the day before the scheduled move and gave me a two hour window for the next day. then they called 30 minutes before they arrive on the day of the move. they were careful
I love Francisco! They've taken my piano for years, moving, storing, etc. Great rates and he's very responsive.
As a music school, we've been donated a nice baby grand by a friend. These guys were great. Best price among all the movers, and they specialize in moving pianos. Other movers jack up the price, quote you 3 hours min etc etc.... Prompt communication with Frank, scheduled, picked up, delivered. Absolute pros! Will definitely hire them again for any moving needs.

Talked to Frank to schedule the upright piano move. He gave a price quote which was reasonable. He provided details on how the move will be done. The piano movers were courteous and on time. Their delivery schedule is between a one hour time frame. Piano arrived with no problem.
These gentlemen were polite and friendly, accommodating, prompt, and careful. From the reservation, to the pick up, to the delivery, everything was perfect!
