Great customer service! They transferred a piano easily from my in-laws house to mine. Fast, easy transport and decent prices. Would recommend!
MAN OF HIS WORD! I always appreciate when a vendor keeps their word and Frank was honest and forthcoming from the get go. Had him move a upright piano a few miles from Fullerton to Anaheim and he performed in stellar fashion. Would hire him again without hesitation. If you pass on this business, you'll notice in the wallet/purse when the dust settles.
We had a last-minute need for a reliable piano mover for my clients, and they came through beautifully. First, Frank answered my call even after hours with very gracious manner, and not only were they able to accommodate us on short notice, but they also provided courteous and professional service from start to finish. Frank and his dad were fantastic. I don't leave reviews normally but this company deserves it. One of the most professional businesses I have dealt with - from my initial contact and phone calls through the service itself. Every step was communicated politely and professionally, including confirmation calls prior to pick up at a home where I bought a piano to delivery at my house. I'm a high school / middle school music teacher. I called APM for help with installing a spider dolly underneath a baby grand in our instrumental rehearsal room. Frank helped me figure out what to purchase, and then came out and installed it for us. Easy scheduling. Very friendly and totally professional. Great communication. Great service! We used Frank's services again for a baby grand piano move. It was a short distance within out house but required more work than one might think. Once again, steller service and excellent work. Frank provides a quote over the phone, calls the day before to provide the window of time, and day of the movers call when they are half hour away. Very professional and highly recommend. Shout out to Danny and Victor- very nice gentleman, so fast and efficient!
