I was so impressed with all aspects of this business. Not only did they impress me, they impressed the two parties that I coordinated my piano move for. In addition, their prices were much more reasonable since they charged based on the actual move, without adding a ridiculous hourly minimum. I had a 1 mile move with no steps, and my piano was a spinet, which is the smallest and required less effort in the move. This was fairly reflected in my price. Their service was truly superb!!! Very impressed with the prompt, professional, friendly service. These guys certainly know what they are doing. It even looks easy when they do it. They will schedule the day of service, call the night before with a time window, then call when they are 30 minutes away.
Definitely agree with the reviews here on Yelp, they are simply the best! A simple phone call to setup an appointment was made. They gave me a two hour window for pickup and delivery of a piano from Costa Mesa to Lake Forest. Just as an FYI apparently they pickup and deliver your piano along with a bunch of others so picking your own time might not be an option but their system worked out for me. I was in rush to move a piano from Santa Ana to Costa Mesa. These guys are professionals. They are affordable and honest. They came within their time frame and finished everything, driving in traffic, in 1 hour and 30 min! They are quick, strong, professional and careful handling pianos. Their service fee is very reasonable and fair to what they do. I know I will be calling them again when I need any help moving my piano. Thank you!!!!
Affordable piano movers definitely exceeded my expectation in terms of service. We were shopping around and couldn't believe the deal that they gave us. I thought the service was not going to be as good as the price but it was phenomenal. They were able to move my upright Yamaha console piano to a 2nd story unit with a turn. Thank you for your service and we will be using them again for future piano moves.
My rating is purely based on their follow up and courtesy. I contacted them to use their services at the last minute. It happened to be on a day they don't run business (Sunday), which I whole heartedly respect.
