I think they contract their work out to other movers, because the place that showed up was not called Affordable Piano Movers. It was something like Alan's. Anyway, three guys showed up. One of them raced to my bathroom and stank it up big time. It stunk like rotten eggs an hour after they left. They moved the piano just fine, and they were cheap.
2 years ago, I had used the services of this company once before very happily. They were polite, careful with the piano, fast and affordable. Given that, I wanted to use their services again. I called twice for information and to schedule the move. They seem to be reading from a script rather than engaging in a conversation.
