2 years ago, I had used the services of this company once before very happily. They were polite, careful with the piano, fast and affordable. Given that, I wanted to use their services again. I called twice for information and to schedule the move. They seem to be reading from a script rather than engaging in a conversation. This is one of the few times I've ever feel truly let down by Yelp. These guys are probably just fine if everything goes 100% according to plan. God help you if it doesn't. I got stuck in traffic on my way to meet them at my new house. The window they gave me was from 5-8 PM. I called them late afternoon (around 2:30) to let them know that I wasn't expecting to make it until 6:30 at the earliest, and I again called around 4 or 5 to give them an update on my location.
