Affordable Piano was not the first piano mover we called. We were initially recommended to a different mover, but on getting their pricing, we found them to be exorbitantly expensive (about $400 to move our six foot grand piano from Pasadena to Santa Clarita). We were also recommended to Affordable Piano Movers, and on checking their excellent Yelp ratings, we called them for a quote, which was reasonable and fair, especially in comparison to the other, extremely high quote we received. Affordable Piano Movers were outstanding! They were extremely clear, upfront and reliable. There were no hidden fees and they were organized and efficient. The piano was moved safely and quickly! Very pleasant experience! I would definitely use them again.
Based on other Yelp reviews I called to have my baby grand moved from my 3rd floor apt. to my daughter's home 6 min away. From scheduling to the actual move I was blown away by the excellent service. Frank scheduled with a phone smile and the movers were professional polite and perfect! Got her out and in within 45 min. These guys have piano moving down to a science. These folks moved my grandmother's 150 year old piano from Marina Del Rey to Tustin. They were on time, efficient, and affordable. I highly recommend these people and will not use nor recommend another piano moving company as long as they remain in business... hopefully till my grandmother's piano hits it's next 150 year mark!
I am so pleased with Affordable Piano Movers!! 1) I called them Thursday and was hoping to move a piano on Friday ... but I was shy to ask; I expected them to need a few days notice ... But no! They moved a piano from a storage unit in the O.C. to a home in Beverly Hills. Setting up the appointment was easy. As promised, they called the day before to let us know the exact pick-up and delivery windows. The next day, they arrived when they said they would. The move went extremely well; it was tricky getting the piano into our new home (stairs, wood floors), but the men did an excellent job. Cash only. Highly recommended.
They are amazingly nice people and offer my Craigslist buyer help hand for moving stove. Price was the most reasonable did amazing job for my piano move! I highly recommend them for every body !
This review is WAY past due. A year and a half ago, I moved from a small pool house apartment into an apartment on the 4th floor. The pathway from my first place was a narrow one lined with a POOL. First bout of nervousness cleared. It wasn't a problem at all. The destination was the issue. The elevator to the FOURTH floor was too small. That means they had to push my baby grand up 4 flights!!!
