I was running late (Driving from Alvarado Tx ) to pick up my son from college and I needed to rent a storage man was I stressing out that everyone was closing but when I got to this location it was 3 minutes till close time and Leo greeted me with a smile and said we got what you need I got you.that gave me a Wow experience and made me feel like a special customer and to top it off he offer my Lil oneās Cookies.Ā
