From when I first came in and Spoke with Jeremy to actually renting a storage room everyone was great. The entire staff were accommodating and so friendly. This is exactly what's missing in customer service today, people that are courteous and show they care. The rates are also very competitive but it's a no brainer with staff like this. Thank you!

The guys were GREAT! Very affable and professional. Thank you Mr. Riley for working with me in getting the best price for my situation. I highly recommend Affordable Storage to anyone! Parents from out of town that assist their children who go to Texas Tech, where there is a lapse in move out and move in dates, from one apartment to another one don’t want to miss out on using this facility! Also, only around 9-10 minutes or less from Texas Tech. Wonderful job gentlemen!!!
