They are super friendly and opening an account was very easy. They assured me if I moved my things out before my due date, I wouldn't be charged. I called the day before the due date to confirm if they were going to charge me and I was assured that I wouldn't be charged. I woke up today with a monthly charge from Affordable Storage. I called and they were nice about refunding me the money, what really sucks is they can't tell me when I'll be getting my refund.
