My husband was one of the first three people to arrive and it took an hour to get him seen by a nurse, and then an additional hour waiting for the dr. He came in to be seen for a bloody gash on his head and had our young child in tow. This place should be called "Eventual Care," b/c they will eventually get to you, but certainly nothing urgent about it. So bring a book and carve out half a day. And try not to bleed out while you wait.

Website clearly states they do IV fluids at this location. We drove all the way across Denver to seek care for severe dehydration after multiple days of vomiting. Upon arrival we were informed that they don't actually do IV's. The reason for this: "It depends on the staff that we have here, some staff can do it, some can't, and the staff tonight can't do IV's." What? Here is an idea: don't advertise for services that you are unable to perform during ALL business hours. And another idea: Don't hire clinicians that can't start... read more

horrible. mediocre. greedy. dirty floors in need of cleaning. We are well insured people, and because the woman at the desk was unable to verify my spouse's insurance, she charged us $140 even though we both had insurance cards ($140 was her guess at what the deductible would be for our "type" of insurance). When I provided her with the information about our co-pay as being $50, with no deductable she refused to accept it. DO NOT GO TO VISIT AFTEROURS URGENT CARE! SEARCH OUT ANOTHER URGENT CARE IF YOU POSSIBLY CAN!! I am a nurse and had to go to this clinic because I was very ill with asthma and pneumonia. They did a descent job of diagnosing however I had to wait an extraordinary amount of time even though I was the first patient in the clinic during their posted hours. I ended up waiting 30 minutes which is ridiculous for the first patient. I was finally treated and left. I received a bill which was during a really busy time in my life and d... read more

Posted business hours online for this clinic is 8-11 on Sundays. I went in there at 9, and was told that they took their last patient for the night. What!?!?! It's flu season - how dare a medical clinic close early during FLU SEASON. If it was 15 minutes until 11, I would be more understanding, but if people are still coming in at 9, how dare you start closing down. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this clinic.
