Posted business hours online for this clinic is 8-11 on Sundays. I went in there at 9, and was told that they took their last patient for the night. What!?!?! It's flu season - how dare a medical clinic close early during FLU SEASON. If it was 15 minutes until 11, I would be more understanding, but if people are still coming in at 9, how dare you start closing down. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this clinic.

I came (limped) in here on a Sunday afternoon with a huge gash on my kneecap that was gushing blood. I had fallen on a hike, and since I was coming straight from the mountains in my hiking gear, I didn't have my insurance card on me nor did I want to drive all the way home to get it. The woman at the front desk could not have been more dismissive towards me. I explained I had Anthem insurance, I just didn't have my card. We arrived within the advertised hours of operation (we arrived at 5:15pm and the hours were 8am-11pm). The two assistants that were there informed me that the doctor was in his office but was "packing up to leave" and that there was nothing they could do to help my friend who was bleeding profusely from a gash in his arm that reached to the bone. These people obviously don't care about other people's health and care more about getting off of work 6 hours early instead of treating someone in need. Please go somewhere else. A... read more

I was feeling really bad and it was a Saturday...so I decided to come here. I waited for it to open and it was late opening. When the doors did open, it was hard to find the person running it, no one was at the desk. The staff didn't show up and the nurse was trying to be receptionist, nurse, and checkout. I was feeling really bad and it was a Saturday...so I decided to come here. I waited for it to open and it was late opening. Came here when I was very sick with flu-like symptoms late November or early December because all other clinics were closed or extremely busy. The office is very nice, very much a family-doctor setting. Waited a long time even though there were only a few groups in front of me, but that is to be expected with a weekend urgent care center. When I was called back, the doctor was very short with me and told me that TamiFlu would not work since I had been having symptoms for over 24 hours- (Doesn't the TamiFlu commercial say 48 ... read more
