I was feeling really bad and it was a Saturday...so I decided to come here. I waited for it to open and it was late opening. When the doors did open, it was hard to find the person running it, no one was at the desk. The staff didn't show up and the nurse was trying to be receptionist, nurse, and checkout. I gave it three stars because the nurse was really nice and really doing her best despite the circumstances. She gave me a prescription and I was on my way. Came here when I was very sick with flu-like symptoms late November or early December because all other clinics were closed or extremely busy. The office is very nice, very much a family-doctor setting. Waited a long time even though there were only a few groups in front of me, but that is to be expected with a weekend urgent care center. When I was called back, the doctor was very short with me and told me that TamiFlu would not work since I had been having symptoms for over 24 hours- (Doesn't the TamiFlu commercial say 48 ... read more

Nope. Here's why: 1.) While waiting for friend to be seen for after-hours care, overheard reception staff member getting emotional talking on phone describing how another patient likely took patient data off their desk while she left reception area unattended. 2.) Same reception staff member upset (i.e. crying) that she didn't demand payment immediately for a patient before rendering services (i.e. didn't swipe patient's card). Apparently the suspect patient didn't have sufficient funds for payment. 3.) There was only one ph... read more

I hesitate to leave a review for a medical facility since I obviously have no medical training and couldn't tell one way or another if they did things right. But! Here's what I do know. Their website and what I was told on the phone about their hours conflicted. The exam room felt small and dim and cramped. I had to pee in a cup (fun!) and I didn't really good instructions for like...am I supposed to write my name on this cup? Where am I supposed to put it when I'm done? The bathroom counter needed a wipe down, and I just ov... read more
