First thing: The staff were very friendly and very quick with taking my information. Nicole and the student she was training were awesome! Dr. Corey Siebe, I think he's an MD was very proficient with helping me with my situation. Overall I was in and out within 30-45 minutes. Thank you everyone at AfterOurs.

After cutting my finger bad and needing immediate attention, the entire staff and AfterOurs Urgent Care Highlands took great care of me. At one point, I was helped by 3 different medical assistants, and the oncall MD. Very professional, empathetic and fast. I was in and out and all sewed up! Thanks to a great team of people for making my unexpected trip not nearly as bad!

My wife drove me to this after hours "Urgent Care" facility on the advice of a nurse at United Healthcare. We walked in and the first that was asked of us was for my ID and insurance card. My wife was asked to fill out a form while we waited... and waited .... and waited. No one at the front desk ever talked to us after that. There were two people ahead of us. My issue was badly-swollen ankles so bad they bruised. I have gout and diabetes. Two or three workers were at the front desk but they didn't appear to be doing anythin... read more

I'm going to give this place a 2 solely based on the front staff. The doctor on call was beyond caring now and thorough. Although it was a bit of a wait time, that's to be expected when visiting an urgent care. But the lady at the front desk was beyond unprofessional. She was constantly yapping about her place of work and how terrible they were to work for. All she did was complain the ENTIRE time and then she was on her phone talking about snapchat loud enough for the whole room to hear. Especially when people are in pain o... read more

I went to the clinic for UTI symptoms on a Saturday. The wait was minimal and I got in to see the doctor within 10 minutes. After a quick urine test the UTI was confirmed. The front desk staff was awesome and called my prescription in to the nearest Walgreens before I even left the clinic. When I got to the Walgreens drive through, the prescription was already filled and waiting for me. The whole process took less than an hour of my time! I had the worst migraine I ever experienced the other night, and with the advice from the doctor's office, went in to get something prescribed for the pain. The PA was extremely unsympathetic, rude, and treated me as if I were a complete dummy or just trying to get my hands on some pills.
