My sister dropped a table on her foot and could not walk. I called to verify they were open until 12 a.m. and to get directions. We arrived approximately 20 minutes later @ 11 p.m. We were told they were full and were not acccepting any more patients. There site states walk-in are welcome 8 a.m -midnight 365 days a year. When I called no one stated I needed an appointment or that they were full. In fact we did not see any activity at all at the location. Went to see the doc over the weekend for pain. They said it would be $125 plus $50 for each lab fee as long as we paid in full then. We paid in full and left they didn't mention any other fees, just that they would call with results. A month later we were billed another $160 by Quest Diagnostics for the lab fees that we had supposedly paid upfront. After calling the office they said that the $50 they collect is just for overhead and that the lab work is always billed separately. So now we are paying $210 for lab work and we ... read more
