If I could also give this place a zero...I would. Went in last night at 9:30pm with double ear infections so bad I was bawling in the waiting room. My husband checked me in and when he handed in the paperwork they informed him they do not take copays, they collect your deductible. WHAT?! She said its a "new thing" which is interesting considering my mother went there last week and they gladly accepted her copay of $20. They told my husband the deductible was going to be $130. Wish I could rate this place zero stars. I had an appointment for the evening for symptoms of a bladder/kidney infection that I was experiencing. When I walked into the office I was greeted, however right after that one of the girls began braiding the other girl's hair right in front of me, as if they were lounging! If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. The only good staff member was Desirae, who was kind, patient and worked the whole holiday with a smile. The PA, Jesse Viner, was a total jerk. I walked in with typical cold/flu symptoms, including violent chills and severe sore throat. After a negative strep test, this PA sent the assistant in to collect a urine sample. All of this without him even seeing me, and after me telling the assistant there was NO WAY I am pregnant. 20 minutes later, Jesse comes in and starts asking... read more

Took my son in, with a serious ear infection. Kid was crying in pain. Only had one person ahead of us in the queue, so he was in a room in 15 minutes. Female doctor had great empathy and tried to calm him down. Pretty simple deal, got a script and headed over to Walgreens--which took longer than the doctor visit. I needed something fast for my son and this place did the trick. Will return.

Female doctor had great empathy and tried to calm him down. Pretty simple deal, got a script and headed over to Walgreens--which took longer than the doctor visit. I needed something fast for my son and this place did the trick. Will return.

My sister dropped a table on her foot and could not walk. I called to verify they were open until 12 a.m. and to get directions. We arrived approximately 20 minutes later @ 11 p.m. We were told they were full and were not acccepting any more patients. There site states walk-in are welcome 8 a.m -midnight 365 days a year. When I called no one stated I needed an appointment or that they were full. In fact we did not see any activity at all at the location.
