Walked in with Flu symptoms. They took my vitals. Described my flu symptoms to the doctor. She agreed it sounded like the Flu. Tested for strep even though I had no throat complaints (came back negative of course) Gave me no meds just a piece of paper on how to care for the Flu...something I could google in 2 minutes. That was it. Had to pay $130 up front and I am sure there will be another bill for the strep test later. Complete waste of money. The staff was nice though and I had no wait to get in. Bunch of unprofessional, uncaring jerks here. Slow slow SLOW!!! DONT GO!!! Also the guy at the desk with the red beard was staring at me making me feel really uncomfortable.

If I could give negative stars I would. These people are horribly understaffed, don't service people in the proper order, and don't even try to pretend to care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DRIVE FURTHER. At least you have a chance at better service.

If I could also give this place a zero...I would. Went in last night at 9:30pm with double ear infections so bad I was bawling in the waiting room. My husband checked me in and when he handed in the paperwork they informed him they do not take copays, they collect your deductible. WHAT?! She said its a "new thing" which is interesting considering my mother went there last week and they gladly accepted her copay of $20. They told my husband the deductible was going to be $130. He sat down while they processed the paperwork wh... read more

Wish I could rate this place zero stars. I had an appointment for the evening for symptoms of a bladder/kidney infection that I was experiencing. When I walked into the office I was greeted, however right after that one of the girls began braiding the other girl's hair right in front of me, as if they were lounging!
