, 3 or so years ago, and was treated so horribly and humiliated in front of the whole staff and waiting room, then to hear the provider and staff cracking jokes about me when that think I cannot hear, I was not eager to go back. Great service from beginning to end. I was concerned initially because of the few negative reviews, which is why I felt compelled to write a review, probably my first ever review on Yelp. The staff was professional, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend this place for urgent care.

Horrible. Wait time was long. No written explanation of what my daughter was seen for. Given the run around on getting a report from the radiologist on the X-Ray. 4 Days later my doctors still don't have the report. We are going to have to go get another X-Ray. Sat in waiting room for 45 minutes and listened to the front desk complain about how busy they were.

The staff and doctor were very nice and helpful. My wait was about 10 minutes. I would go back to this clinic if the need should arise.

When I walked in, the receptionist asked me "why are you here?" Why did she think I was there? To hire a clown? Did she mean to ask me what my ailment was? I'm certain no, because there were people within 2 feet of me! Did she expect me to go into my medical issues with others listening in? HIPPA violation!! When I told her that I wanted to see a doctor, she said they were not taking anymore patients. It was 9:30, and they were open until 11 pm!!
