staff friendly, quick service, came in for a sinus infection, got meds, referred me to the pharmacy that was open 24 hrs to pick them up asap.. this facility was fantastic and i believe is a 24hr facility... thank you

I came to this facility with abdominal pain , waiting two hours . Which , they did inform me it would be about an hour. I decided to wait . I work 13 hour shifts so coming here was ideal . I waited two hours , explained to my tech why I was there and she said she will get the dr . About 7 minutes later the dr was in my room. He wasn't in there for longer than 5 minutes . After my breakdown of medical history he told me they can't see me and I need to go to ER , even though "I looked fine" and it was "not urgent ". The ER jus... read more

I have been here in a couple of occasions and every single time my experience has been fantastic. The doctor very knowledgeable and the staff very friendly. No complaints and I will recommend this place to anyone. A plus is that the decor is very inviting granted it is an Urgent Care.

Terrible and costly experience. I went there for a severe allergic reaction with serious hives. The Doctor had no bed side manner and acted like I was wasting his time. He spent no more than 5 minutes with me and didn't even conduct an exam or look at the seriousness of my hives. The visit cost me over $200...still not sure what I paid for??? Luckily I asked him to give me an epi-pen prescription because I had to use it a couple weeks later. I'm the one who requested it...he couldn't be bothered to think to prescribe one on ... read more

Avoid at all costs. I have been here over two hours. An hour ago I got a strep test that they said would take ten minutes to come in. I went out and asked the two people sitting at the front desk how long it would be and their only response was that they didn't know. Very frustrating experience, especially when I am already feeling sick. If there is any other option, take it. Do not come here.

I went to the Highlands Ranch clinic to be seen for the flu. The doctor was very thorough and informative about my condition. I will recommend this place to anybody.
