Horrible. Wait time was long. No written explanation of what my daughter was seen for. Given the run around on getting a report from the radiologist on the X-Ray. 4 Days later my doctors still don't have the report. We are going to have to go get another X-Ray. Sat in waiting room for 45 minutes and listened to the front desk complain about how busy they were.
The staff and doctor were very nice and helpful. My wait was about 10 minutes. I would go back to this clinic if the need should arise.

When I walked in, the receptionist asked me "why are you here?" Why did she think I was there? To hire a clown? Did she mean to ask me what my ailment was? I'm certain no, because there were people within 2 feet of me! Did she expect me to go into my medical issues with others listening in? HIPPA violation!! When I told her that I wanted to see a doctor, she said they were not taking anymore patients. It was 9:30, and they were open until 11 pm!! This was by far the worst I mean the worst doctor experience I have ever had. The lady Doctor Mary Nolan told me i was going to die if I didn't listen to her and do what she said which was a complete lie to get me to get treatments so they could just take my money. Then she refused to give me a doctors note for the next day. I'm 37 years old and have never had such a bad doctors visit as this one. I will never go back and I will notify my insurance company on how bad this place is! Also I talked to the Hr lady Kim Walley and... read more

I came here on a Saturday morning after traveling all week with a really swollen and sore nostril. And I am very glad I did! The wait was minimal and I was seen quickly and efficiently. No hanging around. The Doctor was very nice. Friendly and chatty. He very quickly diagnosed the abscess and proceeded to make two little nicks with a needle to drain it. They gave me some gauze and sent me on my way. With instructions to drain it over the next few days. It only cost me a $30 co pay so all in all very pleased. I am pleased to ... read more
