This review follows my last review. I needed an AC guy and one came within 24 hours. As well, I was immediately reimbursed when my problem was not solved therefore I have to say that the customer service is very good.
They were very professional. Showed before and after photos. Stayed in contact. Big thing about them was that they didn't try to take advantage of the situation by overselling unnecessary services that other companies have quoted as needing saving from $1000-$7500 by not hiring these other companies that gave me no evidence of the recommended services. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be using them for future needs.
EMC who has been my appliance contractor for many years was going to charge me $4530 for a new air conditioner saying my old one was too old and dirty. Air Supply sanitized and cleaned all my vents, coils and unit plus replaced the ultraviolet light for one quarter of the price. It works better than before.
Air supply A/C services came to the apartment to do an evaluation and run diagnostics. They did that, I think that they checked everything, took pressures, etc. and made the recommendation to not do anything at the moment, that everything was fine. They were courteous and knew their business. I was very surprised to see a contractor who was honest and did not try to charge me for a job that was not necessary. That does not happen anymore; they were honest, professional, and trustworthy.
The tech was very knowledgeable, they arriving immediately. Recommended them 100 %
