They showed up less than 3 hours from the time I called on a Sunday even though I didn't expect service until the next day. The technician, Don, was very knowledgeable and professional, I hired him on the spot and he had me cool in just a few hours.
I thought something was wrong with the AC so I called this company to find out how much it would cost to get it checked out. I was told the diagnostic checkup was free so I had nothing to lose having it checked out. The gentleman who came out was on time, polite and immediately started testing for freon or other problems. Since I don't know much about AC's, he could have easily taken advantage of that and said I needed major repairs or even aq new unit (this one is quite old).
