They showed up less than 3 hours from the time I called on a Sunday even though I didn't expect service until the next day. The technician, Don, was very knowledgeable and professional, I hired him on the spot and he had me cool in just a few hours.
I thought something was wrong with the AC so I called this company to find out how much it would cost to get it checked out. I was told the diagnostic checkup was free so I had nothing to lose having it checked out. The gentleman who came out was on time, polite and immediately started testing for freon or other problems. Since I don't know much about AC's, he could have easily taken advantage of that and said I needed major repairs or even aq new unit (this one is quite old). I was told upon booking vent cleaning I was getting a special. $12 a vent total of $84. I asked about sanitizing and she ( the women in the office) expressed to me they had to evaluate when they got to my residence. The service crew were to give me a price when they did an evaluation. They did not. After completing the cleaning of the air ducts they expressed to me sanitation was necessary. Instead of fixing it, they try to sell me a whole new unit. I had another company come out and fix it for me.
