Poor service. It took 4 visits to have the a/c fixed. It began with Air Supply giving me a different appointment time than agreed (the appointment was scheduled for 11am, they said it was for 3pm). After much pushback they kept the appointment. The tech was personable and professional. He pronounced the a/c fixed and I paid $700. A bit later the a/c was not working. I requested that the tech return but was given "the next available appointment is for 2pm tomorrow". After much pushback, the tech returned. Again said it was "f... read more

Very expensive
Well, I was sold an ultraviolet wave bulb installation which is supposed to combat mold and mildew. This bulb and installation cost me an additional $500 over and above the maintenance charges. After speaking to a number of people for their advice after the fact, they told me that this was a total waste of money!
Terrible terrible company! A technician came out and charged me over $400 just to add some coolant in my ac unit (in which he told me was the issue). He did not do a thorough inspection of my ac unit and ASSURED me 100% that this was the problem. Well that did NOT fix the problem. I contacted this company 2 days to inform that my ac unit was still not cooling properly and was told that the invoice states that there is a 50/50 chance that the service performed would not fix the problem.
