Kevin came the day after we placed a request. He was thorough, explained everything and told us what we needed to know in order to keep our AC in optimal condition. We've never had central air, so we were oblivious to the maintenance. He offered maintenance packages at reasonable pricing, wasn't pushy about anything and performed the cleaning while he was there. Great service, honest and reasonable!

This company was the service company for my home warranty. They responded quickly and had the problem fixed in an hour. The technician was quick and courteous and thoroughly explained what he was doing

5 stars!! Air Zone has serviced our AC twice through our home warranty. Both times they were out to fix it the next day. Our technician Frank who came out both times was awesome. He was very polite, professional, and explained everything. He did not try to sell me add ons that I didn’t need. When the repairs weren’t going to be covered by the warranty 100%, Frank gave me my options and I decided to replace the whole system. Pricing was upfront and fair.
