Air Zone was a very good company that was recommended by duke Energy. Oscaly, was the representative they sent to our house and was very nice, and efficient and did a good job of explaining what he did and what we needed. He was on time and working with the person who is in the office was very good, too.

We were assigned Air Zone by our extended warranty company. I called at about 11:30pm on Friday and they were out before noon on Saturday. Very fast service. Unit is working well again. Highly recommend them.

I received recent Air Conditioner maintenance, Ken was professional and very informative. He took the time to explain how my air conditioner units were working and why the specific parts had to be replaced. He was thorough and helped me understand the benefits associated with regular maintenance as well as improvements that could be made to decrease my costs. Great experience!
