The technician, Jose, arrived on time, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He was very professional and explained every step of the way what he was doing and why.
My AirZone tech, Jame Stalk, was efficient personable & professional. He took care of the problem, made future suggestions and my husband and are were totally impressed. We plan on changing our current maintenance company to AirZone.
AirZone is an excellent company. They maintained the appointment. Fixed my problem and now I am cool. James the technician was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was very informative and showed me many of the inns and outs The system. Very highly recommend it. If you ever need a maintenance contract they are the ones to call.
