Air Zone has done a wonderful job for us for the past three years. Their technicians are always polite, timely and knowledgeable about their job and my equipment. They are not pushy trying to up-sell. They help to keep my equipment running. Offer changes if needed and let me make the decisions I need to make. Jessie was our last technician. He was wonderful; cheerful, helpful, informative and personable. I would encourage anyone who needs an air conditioning and heating company to call Air Zone.

We used Air Zone to install a complete new Trane HVHZ system at our old hose and they did such a great job we wanted to hire them at our new house. I called Friday and they had someone out Monday to do a tune up and maintenance. Ken was very professional as explained everything so my wife and I could understand. Thank you so much!

My service tech today, Ryan, was as good as I've ever had! Courteous, professional, knowledgeable .... He was able to quickly fix my issue, and as my system is aged ... I have already asked for a quote for replacement.

Recently had an a/c issue. Called our warranty company and they dispatched Air Zone. Worst time to have a failure; Thursday night. Next day Air Zone arrived properly identified the problem, and ordered necessary parts. Ryan IDed the problem then Jason showed up an Tuesday Morning for the install and start-up. Successful event from start to finish. Air Zone was well represented by the two Techs mentioned above. Air Zone got me up and running probably as fast as could be expected for a weekend event. We had a problem with the AC and the Home Warranty company that service us assigned AirZone to do the repair. They scheduled the service to come in less than 48 hrs. The technician was very knowledgeable and repaired to our satisfaction the AC. I was fortunate since he had all the pieces needed to do the repair. I'm giving 4 instead of 5, because they were late for the appointment.
