BEWARE!!! Air Zone Air conditioning is ripping people off and their employees lie to customers!!! First American Home Warranty has received multiple complaints about this contractor and they continue to do business with them. Our warranty company set up this repair request. One of the worst companies to ever get involved with. Office manager, John lies and makes excusses about workmanship and quality of products. Plus they overcharged us $1831.25 and refuse to make it right with Service Finance
Non-communicative about cost of repair. Entire HVAC was replaced two years ago & stopped working this week. When I scheduled appointment I was told parts are covered, labor is not, ok no no problem. While the tech assessed the AC, I told him I would be back in 5 mins, as I needed to get my kids from bus stop, I returned in no less than that time. these people just want to gauge you 1300+ for cleaning before they can check the unit (no repairs) and this is with my all home appiance ins. i called a local and got it cleaned and repairs for under 1200 no ins. needed. these people will cost the ins. customers and i'm one of the DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY
Just had a brand new HVAC system installed within the last 30 days. Just turned the heat on for the first time since temps are in the 30s and low 40s and heat ran for 5 minutes and quit. Now no heat. Called and was told no service is available for 2 days. That's just poor service and just not acceptable. I wouldn't complain if it was a prior repair but not a new system. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! & if you are assigned this company through a warranty claim or for any other reason REQUEST ANOTHER COMPANY!!! They came out to “fix” an issue and caused more issues than or I finally had & also required the unit to where the heat was running constant 24/7- resulting in using over 5 times the amount of electric of a normal monthly use! & could have also eventually set my home on fire had I not received an extremely HIGH electric bill! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I need the owners to call me ASAP! We purchased two new units from this company less than 2 years ago. To date, the unit downstairs has been wonderful. We get them serviced regularly and do as needed to preserve the life of the units. HOWEVER, the upstairs unit has been nothing short of a mess. This company is ridiculous! They don’t follow through with service. We had air until the technician came here then it stopped working. Then they didn’t do the work to get the authorization for the warranty company to approve the part. We are now with out air and I can’t speak to a supervisor or owner and are left without air. 1 of their techs, working on a homeowners contract, stated I had a leak in my a/c system, & I applied for a loan to have fixed, the senior tech, came by and after 20mins. said yes there's a leak, but he couldn't repair, and it needs to get worst, call then. never repaired, finance company Service Finance called to ask about satisfaction, since contact closed. Air zone never hornored contract. I'm stock with bill & no repair. don't use them- Shoddy!
