DONT USE!! We unfortunately were assigned to this company from our home warranty company. From day one there has been little to no communication from their end. We had to call when the technician didn't arrive during their "window" then were told that the technician was running late, by 5p there was not a soul the office and the technician never showed up and not to mention didn't bother to call. Scammers stay away! Put in a home warranty call as my thermostat button was sticking and I could no longer adjust temp, everything else was working just fine. Alex P. From Air Zone was sent out and immediately told me my system was old and needed to be replaced. Now my system is really old but it was working except thermostat so why would I replace? tech,look at unit said it was dirty told warranty com it was too dirty to wora back on it.warranty company took that advise.i done see how am suppose to unscrew a back plate to clean the inside of a unit.i called a friend who does ac/heater work.took 15 minutes to locate a faulty circuit breaker.i will never recommend your company.thank you for not helping my ac problem.Mike Melendez
They come to fix my aircondion system, they didn't due to luck of transparency and trust.
They charged us three times the price and the cleaning wasn’t done properly. Very unprofessional and unethical company. Do your research! They will cheat you. They are the master of overpriced tactics.
Awful company. Absolutely ZERO consideration for their customers' time. Did NOT even finish the job, after being 4 hours late showing up. Worker was supposed to come back and finish the job and just didn't show up again or call for the following 3 days in a row! HIGHLY recommend against using this company! I ended up telling them to forget finishing the job as I was going to have a different company finish the job. Choice Home Warranty assigned Air Zone to investigate a cooling issue. They were out 2x, replaced motor and capacitor switch. Installed surge protection at my cost. Still not working! Stay away!
