Need to send more knowledgeable technicians
i happily paid for my air conditioning unit to be cleaned and the tech assured me it would resolve my issues. However, the issue remained the same a new company came the next day and the first question they ask was, "when did you get your unit cleaned last because it's filthy" as he shows me all of the debris that was supposed to be cleaned. Ive contacted company ownership several times to no response or resolve forcing me to take to the internet. Oh well, if that's what I have to do to keep my cool..
I was charged $545.00 for 2 pounds of Freon and a 10 minutes later they found a leak On top of that the next day $2100 and change to repair it. I called Home Advisor they gave me a number -he came over and fixed it fir $1149.00 with a 1 year GUARANTEE !!!!
We had a problem with our A/C unit in our upstairs bonus room. Our home warranty company sent Air Zone out and they had to come here multiple times to fix the problem. They replaced the coil, repaired a clogged drain line twice before they replaced the drain line completely. The worst part of all of it was that after they repaired the clog in the drain line, a small water leak developed in my Office ceiling and they are not taking any responsibility for it. Their lack of attention to an issue and communication regarding the issue was very disappointing. We had no choice but to use AirZone because of our warranty company and will never use them again.
Would love it if someone could please return my call. I called on Thursday 5/30 for a service and for someone to come fix a problem with an install done 3 years ago and you said you would call me back and I’ve yet to receive a call. Left a message today, Friday 5/31, during business hours and still no call. As per the home inspector, the air handler is leaking air around the top, which should not happen after 3 years. Please return my call!!
So horrible, they are not worth wasting MORE energy on the details. Did NOT even pull the permit from the county as paid for and required by law. My referral to them found that they did not pull a permit for the previous ten they had referred. Three years later, I pay ANOTHER company to STILL come out and fix their mess. DO NOT USE!!!
