I am near Tampa, and while these guys did a great job and in timely manner, I found out that they are costly. later called 2 different authentic carrier repair people from carrier website and asked for a quote for same work that Airzone covered, and the charges were 300 dollars less with one and 350 dollars less from other.
I needed a larger AC so air zone gave a quote which I agreed to the work was very good and the workers were very courteous and did a very good job
Your company told the warranty company everything was fine after you fixed a fan motor. You would not listen to us about the system leaking freon in the coil. Shame on you! Our system is down again. If you would have done your job, we wouldn't have to have a different company fix it.

I had the worst experience dealing with your company!!! I wouldn't recommend Air Zone to anyone!! I couldn't even get the service manager to call me back!! I had to have you come out 4 times and they still couldn't fix the problem!
