I was asked to post a review of my experience immediately after placing our order, however, I've waited until we have had at least one night on the new mattress. Bottom line it was a good night's sleep. However, let's go back to the beginning. Gerald was very helpful to work with. If you have a desire for modifying or customizing the feel of the bed to help with comfort just let us know. Also you did receive the correct pump as we actually have two styles. They offer the same features but the "scale" of the pressure setting is just different. Otherwise they work exactly the same!
Gerald was extremely helpful in explaining all of the choices when I got very overwhelmed. I am extremely excited to get the in home trial in hopes of relieving my extreme back pain.

In July I called to get more information about the Selectabed and was lucky enough to be helped by Gerald. I had been having back pain due to a mattress that over time had started to sag in the middle. Gerald was very knowledgeable and we decided that a bed with three adjustable zones would be perfect.
