My husband and I purchased the Air-Pedic 850 and it is the best investment we have made in years! My husband was having a terrible time getting comfortable on our old bed, in fact we went through 3 beds in 5 years! Now he says he sleeps amazingly well and wakes up without the back and shoulder pain that had been plaguing him with all those other beds! I too am sleeping great and waking up well rested. The customer service it top notch. Brian, Max, Gerald etc. were amazing
I cannot judge the bed yet as we just ordered it. We have been very pleased with Gerald's service. He has answered all our questions and responded promptly to our further inquiries.
Most of the reviews cover just the ordering process. I wanted to wait until I had at least a night or two to sleep on the mattress until I posted a review. Like almost everyone has said, the ordering process was easy and excellent. Gerald was very helpful. He even talked to me about the possibility of downgrading a bit, but I was set on the pillow top the 1100 came with. Gerald patiently listened to our wants and needs and made suggestions over a two day period without pressuring us to purchase anything. He did not even ask for our name, phone number, or email until we've decided to make the purchase. Gerald provided one of the best customer service experience we've ever had. The customer service, along with a superior product and warranty over a competitor with lower price and made in the USA sold us. We will recommend Select a Bed to everyone we know.
I had a great experience with Gerald. He didn't try to up sell me but recommended a mattress that fit my wife and I sleep habits. He answered all my questions and never sounded like he was reading from a script. I can't wait for my bed to arrive!

Did a little research and visited some showrooms and landed on the Air Pedic bed. Huge reason for ultimate decision was the customer service experience. I spent well over an hour on the phone with Brian over the course of three days asking question after question. He always had the answers and knew the product well without ever taking shots at competitors. Very excited for our new bed and hope they are able to improve delivery timeframe.
