I just had Abdula tow one of our company box trucks and he was great. We were stranded on the side of 1-5 during rush hour traffic and he new exactly how to handle the situation and got our truck to the nearest shop for repairs. Great service! Thanks Abdula!!!!

My truck overheated and I was stuck in an area with no towns. Called AAA, and though it took awhile, completely understandable. AJ's driver was friendly and very professional. After finding out he was from Afghanistan, we had an interesting conversation during the drive, since I love traveling abroad but have never been there. Having a vehicle break down is certainly not a good thing, but this driver made me forget the stress of the situation. And, since I've AAA, I simply showed him my card. Hamidi was great with towing my RV! I had stalled while visiting Sacramento to go to a seminar. He was very gentle with my RV! It meant a lot to me because I am currently living in my RV traveling to dog shows and my dogs were also in my RV. We are all very happy that we were towed to the repair shop and now are fully repaired and on our way again! I hope I never need his services again but I highly recommend this company and Hamidi.

Really great service! Extremely professional, from the time I called until they showed up was about 25 min. Worked with Hashi, and got a lift back to where we needed the car to go. Totally recommended if you need tow services.

Wow! So my car died, literally, as I was pulling in to the train station to pick my two kids up from a sleepover with their granny. I'm a AAA member so I called to have a tow and after two hours of waiting and another 30 minutes of holding I was told by AAA rep that I would have to find my own tow truck because I had to be towed 65 miles away and they couldn't find one! My car died in Lake Tahoe and I needed it towed back to Sacramento ASAP. AJ's responded right away, showed up on time and even sent a link where you could track the driver. Speaking of, my driver Hashi was outstanding and took the stress out of the whole ordeal. AB who handled the booking was also great and gave me a price that was hundreds of dollars lower than other companies. I will need the car towed once again and will no doubt call AJ's.

My day didn't start out so great because I ran over a big piece of metal on the freeway along with 6 other cars leaving us stranded on the center divider of I-5. Abdul Hamidi immediately responded after making my roadside assistance call. I received a call with an ETA and he was right on the dot! Abdul was nice and reassuring! Thank you!
